Rhys Mainstone, 2009

Hay St Chiropractic has sponsored Rhys Mainstone in his quest to get into the Australian swimming team for the world championship that was held in Italy in 2009. A combination of Chiropractic and Active Release Technique were performed on his back and shoulder and not only did Rhys make the team by picking up a second position at the trials, but he also had an outstanding meet and was one of the youngest members of the Australian team!
